The Counselling and Mental Health Support Team have organised a series of stress, relaxation and social confidence workshops which are being held right here in your Students’ Union!
If you would like support for managing exam or study stress, would like to learn some effective relaxation techniques, or would like to find out how to build confidence and assertiveness, make sure you check-out the workshops below. You can book onto any of these workshops by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. All of the workshops below will be held at 2pm-3.30pm in training room 3 in the Students’ Union (on the first floor).
This workshop looks at tips and techniques to help with studying for exams, although the techniques can be used for other types of studying as well. It will look at the signs and symptoms of stress and anxiety and explore ways to cope with these.

This workshop is an interactive opportunity to find out more about what happens when you are stressed, how relaxation can help, and how you can try relaxation techniques yourself. The workshop is perfect for the exam and dissertation frazzled student!
